Online Focus Groups

Focus groups are notoriously time consuming offline, you would be required to visit multiple locations and take down, annotate and analyse notes or recordings. With online focus groups many of these costs and time consuming tasks can be greatly reduced. All that is required online is one of our qualified moderators and pool of respondents to interact online. It is therefore also possible to reach respondents in various different countries at once and represents convenience for respondents who may not have had the time or inclination to attend a live focus group.

Online Survey Intercept Interview

While some of our clients are happy with the findings from their online research, others introduce intercept research. Trained online intercept moderators can therefore delve much deeper into respondent's answers by intercepting them at key points in the survey and initiating a one-to-one discussion. Such interactive probing can reveal a rich source of fresh and inspiring insights by dissecting the reasons behind respondents attitudes, behaviour and choices.
