Tracking a consumer's behaviour towards a product, brand or service or its advertising over a period of time has traditionally been undertaken offline. The iD Factor believes that conducting tracking studies online can result in many benefits in particular by increasing the rate of responses and considerably lowering costs.

Our experience allows us to set up effective tracking studies online and generate consistent results. So whether you want to track daily, weekly, monthly or annually we have the flexibility to be able to undertake this. You can also choose whether to track the same sample or a separate sample over an agreed time period. Whichever tracking system you prefer we will work with you to ensure that we have access to the appropriate samples, will manage the delivery of your reports and can also collaborate with you to create meaningful analysis from the results.
